For years there have been incremental developments in cryopreservation for cell transport, many to research a better cryoprotectant so your cells may survive the dreaded defrost. It is well documented that every cell seems to have a favoured regime – such knowledge is from countless cell deaths. How many of us do this because it is what we have learnt or ignorant of what is possible? How much money has been lost on shipping cells frozen? Cells arrive dead and your supplier states… “too bad… so sad…” What about those priceless cells? Shipping them frozen must feel like Russian Roulette! Enough is enough – for the love of your cells, stop this madness!
